Andy McDonald

Andy has a wealth of experience in marketing, sales and general management in the technology and finance sector and a proven track record in steering products to market. One of Andy’s biggest sucesses was as UK Managing Director of Moneybox – helping to take the stand alone ATM business from loss making in 2001 to a business that was floated and then sold for £87m in 2005.
Specialising in sales/marketing and general management, Andy has worked in technology companies in senior positions with exeriences ranging from major blue chip key account management, sales directorship in start-up business and Board level positions in hardware and software companies. More recently Andy was responsible for the world's first iPhone application for a Town called ithame which has received considerable national press attention and is a Director of award winning What's In My Town Ltd, a suite of community based websites rolling out across the country.
Andy has worked with companies to help grow their business through new product launches into new and existing markets as well as helping sales teams improve performance through the introduction of sales and marketing disciplines.
Professor Malcolm McDonald MA (Oxon) MSc PhD D.Litt FCIM FRSA

Malcolm is a graduate in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, in Business Studies from Bradford University Management Centre, and has a PhD from Cranfield University. He has written over 40 books, including the best seller ‘Marketing Plans: How to prepare them, how to use them’, and more than one hundred articles and papers.
Professor Malcolm McDonald until recently was Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director, Cranfield University School of Management, with special responsibility for e-business, and is now an Emeritus Professor at the University as well as being an honoury Professor at Warwick Business School.
Coming from a background in business which included a number of years as Marketing Director of Canada Dry, Malcolm has successfully maintained a close link between academic rigour and commercial application. He has consulted to many major companies from the UK, Europe, USA, Far East, South-East Asia, Australasia and Africa, in the areas of strategic marketing and marketing planning, market segmentation, key account management, international marketing and marketing accountability.
